Why should we choose you as a staff member rather than someone else? (Min. 150 words):
I feel as though i should be chosen to be a staff member over anyone else because i have a lot of past experiences in such roles and i am not biased towards people i like. During my time as a staff member i do not take sides. If i am involved in the situation i get another staff member to deal with the situation to reduce the bias i may show to the person if i am handling my own situation. I am a mature and responsible person and enjoy playing on this community. I', a ex-staff member and understand how the staff team are to act. I am understanding and don't always give out harsh punishments, if i have a option and the person understands what they have done wrong i often let them off with a warning. I believe in second chances and think that everyone deserves on, no mater what they have done in the past.

Scenario 1: You get a report that someone RDM’d another user, how would you handle the situation?:
I would handle this situation by bring everyone involved in the situation and get both sides of the story. If both of the stories are saying completely different things i would request one of them(the rdmer supposibly) to upload a minutes or two long video and review it. If the evidence shows that the person did rdm i would give him a warning and keep and eye on him and comp the person that was rdmed anything they lost. If the video shows the person didnt rdm i would warn the report for lying to staff member and return them to rp. But if the person that rdmed comes clean to him rdming i would give him a warning and there would be no need for evidence to be handed out, the only evidence that i would required is what the person that was rdmed lost so that he will be able to get the stuff back that he lost.
Scenario 2: You see 2 players constantly metagaming, you’ve warned them twice already and they are still doing it, what would you do in this situation?:
In this situation i would give them a final warning, if they continues to do this i would kick them both off the server for metagaming after given multiple warnings. If they come back and continue i would give them both a 4 hr ban and request them to read the rules before join back.
Scenario 3: You see someone flinging props around and prop flying, how would you handle this?:
I would handle thing by bring the person that is doing it and inform him that he is not allowed to do this as it is seen as exploiting a game function. If he continues to do this i would give him another warning. If i catch him doing it again i would give him a 2 hr ban for prop flying and request that he reads the rules.
