Yes on a small server such as Prism Servers, I did a little of ULX.
Why should we choose you as a staff member rather than someone else? (Min. 150 words):
IÃ¢m not going to say the all too cliche thing, choose me because I can make the server a better place and make sure everyone Is happy at all times. Because the reality is that not everyone will be happy with the outcome of a sit. What makes me different from other applicants is my ability to adapt and remain calm in such a situation. Hostility towards staff has proven to be a problem on the server, no question about it, from my experiences the way a staff member conducts themselves and portrays themselves in a situation is one of the most integral things a staff member can do to help defuse the situation. Not only can my ability to work efficiently under pressure make me a better applicant, but my ability to be respectful to my superiors and the wider community makes a better applicant as the most important part of staffing for me is patience, patience is an integral part of being a staff member as it may take some time for people to upload evidence of a situation. By having me apart of the staff team the server will be gaining a person that is disciplined and understands the rules thoroughly.
Secondly, I believe the staff team is doing a great job, maybe a bit overwhelmed? Multiple times I have been waiting unconscious for someone to claim my RDM sit, then 10 minutes after I respawn someone will take my ticket attempt to deal with the situation at hand. This can be easily fixed, the staff team needs some help in my opinion. By getting more eager staff the number of tickets will reduce as all the scum that Mass RDM will have been banned already.

You get a report that someone RDMÃ¢d another user, how would you handle the situation? What steps would take to rectify the situation?:
TP to the Player and become aware of the *vibe* of the situation, Are both parties extremely angry, etc... I would then take both parties to an area where we wouldn't be interrupted by third parties. Then i would take the victims side of events followed by the accused side of events. After this i would check logs and ask for any video footage. If none can be provided then i will have to resort to finding something in logs. If proof is given for RDM then user will receive a warn and a possible ban, depending on how many warns he previously has.
You see 2 players constantly metagaming, you've warned them twice already and they are still doing it, what would you do in this situation?:
Instantly take both players to a location where no third parties can disturb the sit. I would first check both of the individuals prior warns for metagaming then proceed to give them a warn for the current incident.
You see someone flinging props around and prop flying, how would you handle this?:
Freeze the player then freeze all his props, Once done will instantly warn him and depending on his priors consult higher ups on a possible ban.
