Why do you need compensation?: Server timed me out though I still had internet and was speaking to others in Teamspeak I was crafting for at least 1.5 hours and over 13 pages of logs

I can back this up. Mitch timed out while crafting.

There were 13 pages of him buying equipment and stuff. I was assisting as the "purchaser" when he ran out of items.

Yeah 10 m4a1 they were in the trunk of my car and didn't show in the lost and found and i only timed out on the server i was still in ts and nothing else timed out

This kind of timing out has happened to me before, fairly certain it would be due to an unstable internet connection at the time, you probably only timed out of the server because gmod would require a lot of data to be sent and received, more than any other program you probably had open. It still shows the screen that says the server has crashed which is weird.
